Bobby Saadian, Esq. JD/MBA

Bobby Saadian, Esq. JD/MBA graduated from Pepperdine University with a dual degree in Law and a Master of Business Administration.  Mr. Saadian scored in the top 95% percentile on the GMAT business school admission test, meaning he scored higher than 95% of test takers in an exam designed to test one’s ability to problem solve in the business world.  He was awarded a merit-based scholarship for the entire duration of his education at Pepperdine’s highly esteemed full-time MBA program.  During Law School, Bobby Saadian received the prestigious CALI award of “Excellence for the Future” in “Trial Preparation and Settlement” an area of personal injury law which Mr. Saadian still tremendously enjoys as he spends the majority of every day practicing at Wilshire Law Firm.  As such, he has been able to apply his aggressive business skills and executive decision making to the practice of law, specifically focusing on personal injury negotiations.
 
Mr. Saadian began his legal career during law school, when he volunteered as a Court-Approved Mediator in the Los Angeles Superior Court and successfully mediated over 100 cases beginning in 2002, allowing him the opportunity to see the outcome of a large number of cases, the majority of which were personal injury, from both the Plaintiff’s and Defense’s perspectives, in private and in group settings.  This led him to develop a keen interest in personal injury cases, seeing the need for underserved people who were overpowered by aggressive defense attorneys working for insurance companies whose sole purpose was to maximize their profit by minimizing the payout to injured victims.  Mr. Saadian soon found his calling as the people’s lawyer when he began his first personal injury law clerk position while in law school.  He soon grew to become managing law clerk and was responsible for the management of that law firm’s entire personal injury department.
 
After being involved in the personal injury field for several years, Mr. Saadian began practicing personal injury as an attorney and Founding President of Wilshire Law Firm in 2007.  Since then, Bobby Saadian has handled thousands of personal injury cases on behalf of clients with injuries ranging from simple whiplash to quadriplegia and traumatic brain injury.
 
Mr. Saadian finds great joy in serving the needs of the injured community as he takes after his beloved father and role model, who was an immigrant doctor, treating the underserved low-income Latino community of East Los Angeles.  Bobby Saadian speaks fluent English, Spanish and Farsi.  Bobby Saadian has been a lifelong resident of Los Angeles and enjoys the opportunity to give back by frequently donating to charities and helping children gain access to education.  “The children are our future,” Mr. Saadian humbly says when asked about the numerous occasions when helped the children of his clients and members of the community by mentoring teenagers and college students about their educational, career, and life goals.
 
Bobby Saadian is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA),the Consumer Attorney Association of California (CAOC), and an active Ranch Club Member of the Jerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College, one of the most sought after trial skills groups in the nation which is known among attorneys as being responsible for breeding many of the most successful and reputable trial lawyers in the personal injury field.  Mr. Saadian continuously spends his free time learning and studying new developments in the law while giving his clients the benefit of his knowledge and enthusiasm for his work on a daily basis.
 
Bobby Saadian has proven to be an extremely effective, aggressive negotiator while having the highest level of sympathy for clients, frequently going out of his way to make sure that his clients are treated as VIP’s on a regular basis.  No case is too big or too small to deserve special attention and be treated as if it is the only case he is working on.  Mr. Saadian has worked on cases valued from $1,000 to cases valued well over $1,000,000, treating every client’s case as if it were his own. His success has been attributed to likening his clients and his law firm to a family, where stresses the importance that "we all fight for the same cause and respect one another so we can grow together."
